I aim to give you lots of information and ideas to pick and choose from; all you have to do is select the topic that is most relevant to your current situation, make the changes you want to happen, and then feel free to add some more information for others in similar situations to find if you are so inspired!

There are sections on de-cluttering your home and your life, information on beliefs from around the world and right on your doorstep, forums, online diaries, meditation, and much more.

Please consider joining in by recording your own online diary. You can choose to show the contents to everyone, or just registered users. A journal is an excellent tool to have during a period of transistion because it enables you to articulate what is happening, as well as giving you to reflect back on the experience later on.
